Receta Crocodile With Basil And Coconut Cream

Ingredientes
- 500 gm Crocodile meat, cut into strips
- 40 ml Oil
- 100 gm Onion, finely minced
- 40 ml fish sauce
- 150 ml Coconut cream
- 10 gm Brown sugar
- 5 gm Coriander root, minced
- 30 gm Basil leaves, sliced
- 3 x red Chillies, finely sliced
Direcciones
- 1. Heat the oil in a stewpot, add in onion and chillies. Fry gently till soft, add in Crocodile and saute/fry for about 5 minutes.
- 2. Add in fish sauce, coriander root, sugar and basil and cook for about 1 minutes.
- 3. Pour in Coconut cream, bring to the boil and remove from heat.
- 4. Serve garnished with fresh basil.
