Crocodile With Mango And Basil Sauce

Ingredientes

  • 300 gm Crocodile meat, cut into thin slices
  • 30 gm Peanut oil
  • 20 gm Basil leaves
  • 20 gm Parsley
  • 5 gm Garlic, minced
  • 20 x White wine vinegar
  • 200 ml Extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 x Mango salt and pepper

Direcciones

  1. Heat peanut oil in a fryingpan, saute/fry seasoned crocodile pcs for about 3 minutes then set aside and keep hot.
  2. Blend basil, garlic, parsley vinegar and extra virgin olive oil in a food processor till smooth, set aside.
  3. Slice mango thinly and arrange on plate. Place crocodile slices in the cente, drizzle basil sauce around the plate and garnish with fresh herbs.
