Receta Crocodile With Mango And Basil Sauce

Ingredientes
- 300 gm Crocodile meat, cut into thin slices
- 30 gm Peanut oil
- 20 gm Basil leaves
- 20 gm Parsley
- 5 gm Garlic, minced
- 20 x White wine vinegar
- 200 ml Extra virgin olive oil
- 1 x Mango salt and pepper
Direcciones
- 1. Heat peanut oil in a fryingpan, saute/fry seasoned crocodile pcs for about 3 minutes then set aside and keep hot.
- 2. Blend basil, garlic, parsley vinegar and extra virgin olive oil in a food processor till smooth, set aside.
- 3. Slice mango thinly and arrange on plate. Place crocodile slices in the cente, drizzle basil sauce around the plate and garnish with fresh herbs.
