Ingredientes

  • 8 slc baguette or possibly country bread
  • 80 gm crumbled Gorgonzola cheese
  • 3 lrg fresh ripe figs, cut into thin wedges
  • 2 tsp extra virgin olive oil, (preferably extra-virgin)

Direcciones

  1. Preheat the griller and arrange baguette or possibly bread slices on a baking sheet then grill till lightly toasted on 1 side.
  2. Mash crumbled Gorgonzola till smooth then spread Gorgonzola mix proportionately over untoasted side of baguette slices. Top with sliced figs.
  3. Drizzle a little oil over the figs then grill till Gorgonzola mix just begins to bubble around the edges, about 3 min.
  4. Transfer crostini to platter and serve.
