Receta Crostini With Gorgonzola And Fresh Figs

Ingredientes
- 8 slc baguette or possibly country bread
- 80 gm crumbled Gorgonzola cheese
- 3 lrg fresh ripe figs, cut into thin wedges
- 2 tsp extra virgin olive oil, (preferably extra-virgin)
Direcciones
- Preheat the griller and arrange baguette or possibly bread slices on a baking sheet then grill till lightly toasted on 1 side.
- Mash crumbled Gorgonzola till smooth then spread Gorgonzola mix proportionately over untoasted side of baguette slices. Top with sliced figs.
- Drizzle a little oil over the figs then grill till Gorgonzola mix just begins to bubble around the edges, about 3 min.
- Transfer crostini to platter and serve.
