Ingredientes

  • 1/2 c. Skim lowfat milk
  • 1/2 tsp Vanilla extract
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • 2 lrg Large eggs
  • 1 c. Cornflake crumbs
  • 8 x (1 oz) ea diagonally cut slices French bread, (about 1" thick)
  • 1/4 c. Margarine, melted

Direcciones

  1. OVEN: 450.
  2. Combine first 4 ingredients in a medium bowl; stir well with a wire whisk.
  3. Place cornflake crumbs in a shallow dish.
  4. Dip bread slices into lowfat milk mix and dredge in cornflake crumbs. Place bread slices on a baking sheet and drizzle with margarine.
  5. Bake for 15 min or possibly til golden.
