Receta Crumb Topped French Toast

Ingredientes
- 1/2 c. Skim lowfat milk
- 1/2 tsp Vanilla extract
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 2 lrg Large eggs
- 1 c. Cornflake crumbs
- 8 x (1 oz) ea diagonally cut slices French bread, (about 1" thick)
- 1/4 c. Margarine, melted
Direcciones
- OVEN: 450.
- Combine first 4 ingredients in a medium bowl; stir well with a wire whisk.
- Place cornflake crumbs in a shallow dish.
- Dip bread slices into lowfat milk mix and dredge in cornflake crumbs. Place bread slices on a baking sheet and drizzle with margarine.
- Bake for 15 min or possibly til golden.
