Crunchy Brunch Egg Casserole

Ingredientes

  • 2 c. Seasoned croutons
  • 4 ounce Cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 4 x Large eggs, slightly beaten
  • 2 c. Lowfat milk
  • 1/2 tsp Prepared mustard Bacon, crisp and crumbled

Direcciones

  1. In bottom of buttered Pyrex dish, combine croutons and cheese. Mix remaining ingredients, except bacon, and pour over crouton/cheese mix.
  2. Sprinkle bacon crumbles on top. (May be prepared in advance or possibly overnight.)
  3. Bake 1 hour at 325 degrees. 6 servings.
