Receta Crunchy Brunch Egg Casserole

Ingredientes
- 2 c. Seasoned croutons
- 4 ounce Cheddar cheese, shredded
- 4 x Large eggs, slightly beaten
- 2 c. Lowfat milk
- 1/2 tsp Prepared mustard Bacon, crisp and crumbled
Direcciones
- In bottom of buttered Pyrex dish, combine croutons and cheese. Mix remaining ingredients, except bacon, and pour over crouton/cheese mix.
- Sprinkle bacon crumbles on top. (May be prepared in advance or possibly overnight.)
- Bake 1 hour at 325 degrees. 6 servings.
