Ingredientes

  • 3 c Honey Mustard Pretzels, crushed
  • Dash of Pepper
  • or
  • 3 c Tortilla Chips, crushed
  • 2 t Chili Powder
  • 2 t Ground Cumin
  • or
  • 1 1/2 c Rice Cereal (like Rice Krispies)
  • 1 envelope Ranch Dressing Mix
  • or
  • 3 c Cheese Crackers, crushed
  • 1 t Onion Powder
  • Dash of Pepper
  • or
  • 1 1/2 c Dry Herbed Stuffing, crushed
  • 1 t Onion Powder
  • 1 t Paprika
  • or
  • 3 c Canned French Fried Onion Rings, crushed
  • 2 t Curry Powder
  • Dash of Pepper

Direcciones

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
  2. Line jelly roll pan with foil and coat with non stick spray.
  3. Place crunchy topping ingredients in gal size plastic bag. Mix ingredients in bag.
  4. In a pie plate beat 1 egg w/ 1 t water. Dredge meat or fish in egg mixture then drop into ingredients in plastic bag, two at a time if small, to coat.
  5. Place on prepared pan and bake until cooked through and coating has browned.
