Receta Crunchy Coatings for Oven Fried Meat, Fish or Veggies
Try one of these fabulous coatings next time you oven fry meat or fish!

Ingredientes
- 3 c Honey Mustard Pretzels, crushed
- Dash of Pepper
- or
- 3 c Tortilla Chips, crushed
- 2 t Chili Powder
- 2 t Ground Cumin
- or
- 1 1/2 c Rice Cereal (like Rice Krispies)
- 1 envelope Ranch Dressing Mix
- or
- 3 c Cheese Crackers, crushed
- 1 t Onion Powder
- Dash of Pepper
- or
- 1 1/2 c Dry Herbed Stuffing, crushed
- 1 t Onion Powder
- 1 t Paprika
- or
- 3 c Canned French Fried Onion Rings, crushed
- 2 t Curry Powder
- Dash of Pepper
Direcciones
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
- Line jelly roll pan with foil and coat with non stick spray.
- Place crunchy topping ingredients in gal size plastic bag. Mix ingredients in bag.
- In a pie plate beat 1 egg w/ 1 t water. Dredge meat or fish in egg mixture then drop into ingredients in plastic bag, two at a time if small, to coat.
- Place on prepared pan and bake until cooked through and coating has browned.
