Ingredientes

3 c Honey Mustard Pretzels, crushed
Dash of Pepper
or
3 c Tortilla Chips, crushed
2 t Chili Powder
2 t Ground Cumin
or
1 1/2 c Rice Cereal (like Rice Krispies)
1 envelope Ranch Dressing Mix
or
3 c Cheese Crackers, crushed
1 t Onion Powder
Dash of Pepper
or
1 1/2 c Dry Herbed Stuffing, crushed
1 t Onion Powder
1 t Paprika
or
3 c Canned French Fried Onion Rings, crushed
2 t Curry Powder
Dash of Pepper

Direcciones

Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Line jelly roll pan with foil and coat with non stick spray.
Place crunchy topping ingredients in gal size plastic bag. Mix ingredients in bag.
In a pie plate beat 1 egg w/ 1 t water. Dredge meat or fish in egg mixture then drop into ingredients in plastic bag, two at a time if small, to coat.
Place on prepared pan and bake until cooked through and coating has browned.
