Ingredientes
- 4 cups broccoli florets, rough chopped
- 1 large red bell (capsicum) peppers, chopped
- ½ cup red onion, chopped
- ½ cup walnut pieces
- ¼ cup parsley, minced
- 3/4 cup light mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons cider vinegar
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- salt and pepper to taste
