Crunchy Gingerbread Muffins

Ingredientes

  • 1 3/4 c. flour
  • 1/2 c. brown sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking pwdr
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 3/4 teaspoon ginger
  • 1/4 teaspoon cloves
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 2/3 c. lowfat milk
  • 1/2 c. oil
  • 1/4 c. molasses
  • 2 Large eggs

Direcciones

  1. Combine all dry ingredients; stir well to break up brown sugar. Beat together liquid ingredients and stir into dry mix just till moistened. Don't over stir. Spoon batter into 12 paper lined muffin c.. Sprinkle about 1 tsp. sugar over each muffin. Bake at 375 degrees for 15-18 min.
