Ingredientes

  • 1 1/4 c. hot water (110 degrees)
  • 2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
  • 3 Tbsp. honey
  • 1 1/2 tsp salt
  • 2 c. bread flour
  • 1 1/2 c. whole-wheat flour
  • 3 tsp vital wheat gluten
  • 1/2 c. nut-like cereal nuggets or possibly granola

Direcciones

  1. Place ingredients in bread machine pan in the order suggested by the machine's manufacturer. Select whole wheat or possibly dough cycle on bread machine. Start.
  2. To bake bread in oven: Select dough or possibly manual cycle. Once cycle is complete, shape dough and place in a greased loaf pan. Allow to rise in a hot spot till doubled in size. Bake in a preheated 350 degrees oven for 35 to 45 min or possibly till a thermometer inserted in the center of the loaf reads 200 degrees.
  3. This recipe yields a 1 1/2 lb. loaf.
  4. Yield: 1 loaf
