Crunchy Parmesan Chicken Wings

Ingredientes

  • 4 lb chicken wings
  • 1/2 c. flour
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • 1/4 tsp salt and pepper
  • 4 x Large eggs
  • 2 c. parmesan cheese freshly grated
  • 1/2 c. dry bread crumbs
  • 1 tsp dry basil and oregano

Direcciones

  1. Remove tips from chicken wings and reserve for stock if you like; separate wings at joints. In shallow dish, combine flour, paprika, salt and pepper. In another shallow dish, beat Large eggs. In third shallow dish, combine cheese, bread crumbs, basil and oregano. Dip wings into flour mix, then into Large eggs, then into cheese mix, pressing firmly. (Wings can be prepared to this point, placed on rack, covered and refrigerated for up to 4 hrs.) Arrange wings on greased rimmed baking sheets. Bake in 375F oven for 35-40 min, turning once, or possibly till golden and crisp.
