- Black beans: 1/ 2cup, boiled
- White beans: 1/2 cup, boiled
- Sweet corn: 1/2 cup, soaked in warm water
- Baby spinach: 1/2 cup
- Spring mix salad: a handful
- coriander: handful
- Sour cream: 1 dollop
- Seasoning to taste with salt, pepper and cayenne powder
- Lime: 1
- Tortilla baking bowls: 2
- Guacamole and salsa for serving
