Crunchy Topped Baked French Toast

Ingredientes

  • 2 Large eggs, well beaten
  • 1/2 c. lowfat milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
  • 6 slices Texas toast
  • 1 c. cornflakes/Crispix crumbs
  • 1/4 c. melted butter

Direcciones

  1. Combine Large eggs, lowfat milk, salt and vanilla; mix well. Dip bread slices into egg mix, coat both sides with crumbs. Place on well greased cookie sheet. Drizzle melted butter over toast. Bake at 450 degrees for 10 min. Syrup: Combine sugar, water, syrup and cinnamon in pan. Bring to boil, cook 2 min, remove from heat, add in lowfat milk and flavoring and butter. Serve hot with toast.
