Ingredientes
- 1/2 c. lowfat milk
- 1/4 c. sugar
- 2 teaspoon salt
- 3 tbsp. shortening
- 1 1/2 c. hot water
- 1 pkg. dry yeast
- 5 1/2 c. flour
Direcciones
- Scald lowfat milk; stir in sugar, salt, and shortening. Cold to lukewarm. Put hot water in large bowl. Sprinkle in yeast and stir till dissolved. Add in lowfat milk and flour; mix till smooth. Grease top; cover with cloth and let rise till double in size.
