Ingredientes

  • 1/2 c. butter
  • 1/3 c. flour
  • 3/4 c. lowfat milk
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon baking pwdr
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1/2 c. pecans
  • 3 to 4 c. fruit from this area which is in season (apricot, peach, apple)

Direcciones

  1. Heat butter in deep dish. Mix together flour, sugar, baking pwdr and lowfat milk. Pour over melted butter; don't stir. Pour fruit over mix, don't stir. Sprinkle with pecans. If fresh fruit is used, sprinkle 3/4 c. sugar over top. Bake 45 min at 375 degrees.
