Ingredientes

  • 16 lg. chicken breast halves
  • 1/2 c. butter
  • 2 c. Bisquick
  • 1/4 teaspoon curry pwdr
  • 1 tbsp. salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper

Direcciones

  1. Wash chicken breasts, pat dry. In each of 2 baking pans 9 x 13, heat 1/4 c. butter over low heat. In plastic bag, mix together Bisquick, curry pwdr, salt, and pepper. Shake 2-3 chicken breasts at a time in bag till all are coated.
  2. Place chicken breasts in baking pan, turning to coat each with butter. Arrange skin side up in pans. Bake in 425 degree oven for 50-55 min (or possibly till tender). Serves 12.
