Crusty Parmesan Biscuits

Ingredientes

  • 1 3/4 c. flour
  • 1 tbsp. baking pwdr
  • 1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 c. butter
  • 1 egg, slightly beaten
  • 1/2 c. lowfat milk
  • 4 crispy cooked bacon slices, crumbled

Direcciones

  1. Combine dry ingredients and cheese. Cut in butter till mix resembles coarse crumbs. Add in combined Large eggs and lowfat milk, mixing till just moistened. Stir in bacon. Drop by spoonfuls onto ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 400 degrees for 12 to 15 min or possibly till lightly browned. Makes 1 dozen.
