Ingredientes

  • 2 c. sliced fresh peaches
  • 3/4 c. sugar
  • 2 tbsp. flour
  • 1 tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp. butter

Direcciones

  1. Cobbler: Place peaches in greased 1 1/2 qt casserole. Sprinkle with mix of sugar and flour, then lemon juice; dot with butter.
  2. Shortcake: Sift together dry ingredients. Cut in shortening till like coarse crumbs. Combine egg and lowfat milk. Add in, stirring only till moistened. Drop in 6 mounds over peaches. Bake at 425 degrees for 30 min. Serves 6.
