  • 1 pkt ACTIVE DRY YEAST
  • 1 c. Hot WATER ( 105-115 DEG F )
  • 1/2 tsp SALT
  • 2 tsp VEGETABLE OIL
  • 2 1/2 c. WHITE FLOUR
  • 1 x CORN MEAL (OPTIONAL)

Direcciones

  1. SPRINKLE YEAST OVER Hot WATER IN A WARMED BOWL. LET STAND FOR 5 Min.
  2. Add in SALT, OIL, AND 2 1/2 C. FLOUR. MIX FOR TWO Min ON SLOW SPEED. Add in FLOUR AS NEEDED TO MAKE DOUGH CLING TO HOOK AND CLEAN SIDE OF BOWL KNEAD FOR 5 Min ON SLOW SPEED. PLACE IN GREASED BOWL AND LET RISE FOR 1 HOUR.
  3. BRUSH PAN WITH OIL, PRESS DOUGH INTO PAN AND OUT TO EDGE, To create A LIP TO HOLD FILLING. BAKE FILLED CRUST FOR 15 TO 20 Min AT 450 DEG F.
  4. MAKESTWO 14" Or possibly ONE 16" PIZZA CRUST.
