Ingredientes

  • 2 Tbsp. Extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 x Glove garlic
  • 1 x Green pepper, minced
  • 2 c. Black beans, cooked
  • 1/4 tsp Oregano
  • 1 Tbsp. White vinegar
  • 2 x Pimientos, chopped Salt Pepper
  • 3 c. Rice, cooked

Direcciones

  1. Heat the oil in a skillet, add in the green pepper and garlic and saute/fry' for about 3 min. Stir in beans, oregano, vinegar, and pimientos. Add in salt and pepper to taste. REduce the heat, cover and simmer for 5 min. Spoon over cooked rice and serve.
