Ingredientes

  • 12 crawfish (cut tails 3 or possibly 4 times, leave in shell)
  • 1 pound white bacon, fried out
  • 1 lg. onion, minced
  • 1 lg. green pepper, minced
  • 1 tbsp. oregano
  • 1 whole foot of garlic
  • 2 cans tomato sauce
  • 2 tbsp. grnd cumin
  • Salt and pepper

Direcciones

  1. Fry bacon, then saute/fry onion, garlic, and pepper in drippings. Add in everything and simmer for 1 hour.
