Ingredientes

  • 2 x cloves of garlic, peeled and minced
  • 4 x green onions (white part only, slice thinly)
  • 1 x 46 ounce can of tomato juice
  • 2 x 10 ounce cans of Rotelle Tomatoes
  • 2 lb catfish pcs, washed.
  • 2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp pepper

Direcciones

  1. Combine the above in a large pan. Cover, and simmer for 4 hrs. Don't lift the lid! Ever!!!
  2. Serve over steamed white rice.
