Ingredientes

  • 4 beef cubed steaks (1-1 1/4 lb.)
  • 1 tbsp. veg. oil
  • 1/3 c. minced onion
  • 2 1/2 c. water
  • 2 tbsp. brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon caraway seeds
  • 2 env. mushroom gravy mix
  • 2 tbsp. vinegar

Direcciones

  1. In large skillet, quickly brown steaks on both sides in warm oil. Add in onion; cook till onion is almost tender, about 5 min. Combine water, mushroom gravy mix, brown sugar, vinegar and caraway seed; pour over steaks in skillet. Cover; simmer for 15 min. Skim off excess fat. Serve with gravy. Makes 4 servings.
