Ingredientes

  • 4 beef cube steaks (1 lb.)
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 3 tbsp. butter
  • 1/3 c. water
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce

Direcciones

  1. Sprinkle steaks with salt and pepper. Heat butter in skillet over medium heat. Brown meat on both sides, about 4 min. Push to side of skillet. Into drippings stir water, lemon juice and Worcestershire sauce. Stir well and put some of the sauce on steaks and serve.
