Receta Cubed Steaks Au Poivre
Ingredientes
- 4 beef cube steaks (1 lb.)
- 1 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 3 tbsp. butter
- 1/3 c. water
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
Direcciones
- Sprinkle steaks with salt and pepper. Heat butter in skillet over medium heat. Brown meat on both sides, about 4 min. Push to side of skillet. Into drippings stir water, lemon juice and Worcestershire sauce. Stir well and put some of the sauce on steaks and serve.
