Receta Cucumber Leek Soup
Ingredientes
- Cucumber, cubed
- Leek (cut into rings)
- Tomato juice (to cover)
- Water (to cover)
- Green pepper (to taste), minced
- Black pepper (to taste)
Direcciones
- Ratio 2 c. tomatoes to 1 c. water.
- Place ingredients into a pan. Cover and cook till cucumber is clear. May serve soup warm or possibly cool. Optional: Serve warm with a spoonful of cream cheese and slice of bread on the side.
