Receta Cupboard Raiding Cous Cous.
Ingredientes
- 80g wholewheat cous cous
- 1/4 pint of water mixed with vegetable stock (I used liquid stock.)
- 185g can of tuna in spring water, drained (or inbrine, whatever floats your tuna boat)
- 1/2 can of apricot halves in juice (not syrup), chopped into small cubes.
- 1 white onion, chopped.
- 2 teaspoons Smoked paprika
- 2 teaspoons fresh coriander
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 1/2 tablespoon lime juice
- 2 teaspoons chili powder
