- Bring Water To A Boil in A Medium Saucepan. Add in Chicken. Reduce Heat & Simmer 15 Minutes. Or possibly Till Chicken Is Tender. Remove Chicken & Let Cold. Cut Into 1/2 in. Pcs & Set Aside.
- Combine Yogurt, Lime Juice, Honey, Curry Pwdr, Salt & Pepper in A Medium Bowl. Mix Well. Add in Mango & Reserved Chicken. Toss Well.
- Spoon Salad Onto Lettuce Lined Individual Serving Plates. (Fat 3.9. Chol. 75.) (Good Also With Minced Celery Added.)
- Serving Ideas : on whole lettuce leaves
- NOTES : pineapple or possibly Papaya instead of mango - or possibly nothing!. Walnuts for almonds/ raisins soaked in warm water for grapes Add in a spoon of chutney to dressing
