Ingredientes

  • 2 quart Water
  • 4 x Boned And Skinned Chicken Breast Halves
  • 1/8 lb Mayonnaise
  • 3/4 c. Plain Yogurt
  • 1 Tbsp. Lime Juice
  • 1 Tbsp. Honey
  • 1 Tbsp. Curry Pwdr
  • 1/8 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Pepper
  • 1 c. Mango Cubed
  • 1/4 c. Celery
  • 4 x Lettuce Leaves
  • 1/2 c. Seedless Grapes Halved
  • 1/4 c. Almond Slivers

Direcciones

  1. Bring Water To A Boil in A Medium Saucepan. Add in Chicken. Reduce Heat & Simmer 15 Minutes. Or possibly Till Chicken Is Tender. Remove Chicken & Let Cold. Cut Into 1/2 in. Pcs & Set Aside.
  2. Combine Yogurt, Lime Juice, Honey, Curry Pwdr, Salt & Pepper in A Medium Bowl. Mix Well. Add in Mango & Reserved Chicken. Toss Well.
  3. Spoon Salad Onto Lettuce Lined Individual Serving Plates. (Fat 3.9. Chol. 75.) (Good Also With Minced Celery Added.)
  4. Serving Ideas : on whole lettuce leaves
  5. NOTES : pineapple or possibly Papaya instead of mango - or possibly nothing!. Walnuts for almonds/ raisins soaked in warm water for grapes Add in a spoon of chutney to dressing
