Ingredientes

  • 2 c. Cut-up cooked chicken
  • 2 c. Cool cooked rice
  • 1 med Stalk celery, thinly sliced (about 1/2 C.)
  • 1/4 c. Sliced pimiento stuffed olives
  • 2 Tbsp. Minced onion
  • 3 Tbsp. Slivered almonds, toasted Curried Dressing
  • 1/2 c. Yoplait Original plain yogurt
  • 1/2 x To 3/4 tsp. curry pwdr
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • 1/8 tsp Grnd allspice
  • 1/8 tsp Grnd turmeric

Direcciones

  1. Prepare Curried Dressing. Cover and chill at least 4 hrs but no longer than 24 hrs. Mix chicken, rice, celery, olives and onion. Toss with dressing till proportionately coated. Spoon onto lettuce leaves if you like.
  2. Sprinkle with almonds.
  3. Almonds To toast almonds, heat oven to 350!. Bake in ungreased pan about 10 min, stirring occasionally, till golden.
  4. Mix all ingredients.
  5. 6 servings.
