Receta Curried Chicken And Rice Salad

Ingredientes
- 2 c. Cut-up cooked chicken
- 2 c. Cool cooked rice
- 1 med Stalk celery, thinly sliced (about 1/2 C.)
- 1/4 c. Sliced pimiento stuffed olives
- 2 Tbsp. Minced onion
- 3 Tbsp. Slivered almonds, toasted Curried Dressing
- 1/2 c. Yoplait Original plain yogurt
- 1/2 x To 3/4 tsp. curry pwdr
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 1/8 tsp Grnd allspice
- 1/8 tsp Grnd turmeric
Direcciones
- Prepare Curried Dressing. Cover and chill at least 4 hrs but no longer than 24 hrs. Mix chicken, rice, celery, olives and onion. Toss with dressing till proportionately coated. Spoon onto lettuce leaves if you like.
- Sprinkle with almonds.
- Almonds To toast almonds, heat oven to 350!. Bake in ungreased pan about 10 min, stirring occasionally, till golden.
- Mix all ingredients.
- 6 servings.
