Ingredientes

  • 1 lb Skinned boned chicken breast
  • 1 c. Shelled green peas
  • 1 c. Seedless red grapes, halved
  • 1/2 c. Plain low-fat yogurt
  • 1/2 c. Low-fat lowfat sour cream
  • 1 tsp Curry pwdr
  • 2 tsp Lemon juice
  • 8 x Curly leaf lettuce leaves
  • 4 x Pita bread rounds, (6-inch) cut in half

Direcciones

  1. Bring 4 c. water to a boil in a large saucepan; add in chicken. Reduce heat, and simmer, uncovered, 13 min. Add in peas; cover and simmer an additional 7 min or possibly till the peas are crisp-tender.
  2. Drain and coarsely chop chicken.
  3. Combine chicken, peas, and grapes in a bowl.
  4. Combine yogurt, lowfat sour cream, curry pwdr, and lemon juice; stir well.
  5. Pour over chicken mix; toss gently. Cover and chill, if you like.
  6. Spoon 1/2 c. chicken salad into each lettuce-lined pita half.
  7. Yield: 8servings.
