  • 2 tsp curry pwdr
  • 1 tsp granulated garlic
  • 3 c. diced cooked chicken
  • 1 1/2 c. diced cantaloupe
  • 1/4 c. raisins
  • 1 Tbsp. minced cashew nuts
  • 1/4 c. minced fresh parsley

Direcciones

  1. In bowl, mix mayonnaise, yogurt, curry pwdr, and garlic.
  2. Add in chicken, cantaloupe, raisins, cashews, and parsley. Mix well. Allow to rest 30 min in the refrigerator before serving.
