Ingredientes

  • 24 x Shrimp, shelled and deveined
  • 2 Tbsp. Butter or possibly margarine
  • 4 c. Coconut lowfat milk
  • 1 c. Curry Spice Paste
  • 1 Tbsp. Julienned fresh basil

Direcciones

  1. This is served as a spicy appetizer by itself or possibly over pasta.
  2. Saute/fry the shrimp in the butter to just done, being careful not to overcook.
  3. Add in the remaining ingredients, bring to a boil, reduce the heat and simmer for a couple of min.
  4. Serves: 4 Heat Scale: Medium to Warm
