Ingredientes
- 24 x Shrimp, shelled and deveined
- 2 Tbsp. Butter or possibly margarine
- 4 c. Coconut lowfat milk
- 1 c. Curry Spice Paste
- 1 Tbsp. Julienned fresh basil
Direcciones
- This is served as a spicy appetizer by itself or possibly over pasta.
- Saute/fry the shrimp in the butter to just done, being careful not to overcook.
- Add in the remaining ingredients, bring to a boil, reduce the heat and simmer for a couple of min.
- Serves: 4 Heat Scale: Medium to Warm
