Ingredientes

  • 1 can (17.5-ounce) salmon
  • 1/3 c. Minced green onions
  • 2 tsp Curry pwdr
  • 1 Tbsp. Lemon juice
  • 1 Tbsp. Cider vinegar
  • 1 Tbsp. Minced or possibly powdered garlic
  • 3 c. Cooked rice Lettuce

Direcciones

  1. Flake salmon. Remove skin and bones. Add in salmon, green onions, curry pwdr, lemon juice, cider vinegar, and garlic to rice. Mix well. Pack into plastic-lined loaf pan and refrigerateseveral hrs in refrigerator. When ready to serve, unmold onto lettuce-lined platter.
