Receta Curried Shrimp
Got this recipe from my mother-in-law and it is very yummy!
Ingredientes
- 1 pound shrimp, cooked and peeled
- 2 T. butter
- 1 cup chooped onion
- 1/2 cup chopped green pepper
- 1/2 cup chopped celery
- 2 T. cornstarch
- 2 T. curry powder
- 1 T. soy sauce
- 1 cup water
- 2 cups canned tomatoes and juice
Direcciones
- Melt butter in a saucepan.
- Add onion, green pepper, and celery.
- Add cornstarch, curry powder, soy saice, and water.
- Add tomatoes and juice.
- Cover, and simmer for 20 minutes.
- Add shrimp and cook 5 more minutes.
- Serve over rice.
