Ingredientes

  • 1 lb Cauliflower
  • 5 ounce Lean pork
  • 2 Tbsp. Celery dices
  • 1/2 c. Pineapple dices
  • 1 pkt Curry pwdr
  • 2 x Cloves garlic, mashed
  • 3/4 c. Coconut juice
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Light soy sauce
  • 1/2 c. Water

Direcciones

  1. Cut the cauliflower into flower-like shapes. Scald in boiling water. Take out and drain dry. Slice the lean pork and marinate with the seasonings.
  2. Fry in oil, take out and leave for later use. Saute/fry the mashed garlic and fry with curry pwdr. Add in water and the seasonings to make a thick sauce.
  3. Put in the cauliflower, pork slices and coconut juice and cook together.
  4. Add in the pineapple dices and celery dices. Dish up and serve.
