Receta Curry Honey Chicken

Ingredientes

1 chicken, cut up 1 teaspoon salt 3/4 teaspoon ginger, grnd 1/2 teaspoon pepper 1 onion, sliced thin

2 tbsp. soft butter 3/4 c. white wine 4 tbsp. honey 1 tbsp. curry pwdr

Direcciones

1. Arrange onion on bottom of 9 x 13 inch greased pan. Arrange chicken on top of onion, skin side up. Dot with butter. Pour wine over chicken. Combine salt, ginger and pepper. Sprinkle over chicken. Bake at 400 degrees approximately 50 min. During last 20 min, baste with mix of honey and curry. Serves 4.
