Ingredientes

  • 1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
  • 4 x boneless, skinless Chicken breasts, cut in cubes
  • 1 med onion, minced
  • 4 tsp mild Curry Paste
  • 6 Tbsp. water
  • 1 c. canned diced tomatoes
  • 1 Tbsp. Mango Chutney Cooked rice or possibly Naan bread
  • 1 Tbsp. minced fresh cilantro

Direcciones

  1. Heat oil and brown Chicken. Add in onion and saute/fry till translucent/soft. Add in curry paste, water and tomatoes. Cover and simmer 20 min stirring occasionally. Sir in mango chutney. Serve over rice or possibly with Naan bread. Garnish with cilantro.
  2. Serves 4.
