Ingredientes

  • 1/3 c. butter
  • 3 tbsp. flour
  • 1 to 2 tbsp. curry pwdr
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • Dash of nutmeg
  • 2 c. light cream or possibly 1/2 and 1/2
  • 3 c. cooked shrimp
  • 1 tbsp. minced candied ginger
  • 1 tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp. sherry 1 teaspoon onion juice
  • Dash of Worcestershire sauce
  • Salt to taste

Direcciones

  1. May be made with chicken or possibly lamb.
  2. Heat butter. Blend in next 5 ingredients. Gradually stir in cream. Cook, stirring till mix thickens. Add in remaining ingredients. Heat. Serve with:
