- 3 tbsp. flour
- 1 to 2 tbsp. curry pwdr
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- Dash of nutmeg
- 2 c. light cream or possibly 1/2 and 1/2
- 3 c. cooked shrimp
- 1 tbsp. minced candied ginger
- 1 tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 tbsp. sherry 1 teaspoon onion juice
- Dash of Worcestershire sauce
- Salt to taste

- Heat butter. Blend in next 5 ingredients. Gradually stir in cream. Cook, stirring till mix thickens. Add in remaining ingredients. Heat. Serve with:
