Ingredientes

  • 24 x Med Cucumbers, Sliced Thin
  • 1/2 c. Pickling Salt
  • 2 quart Water
  • 1 tsp Curry Pwdr
  • 2 1/2 c. Vinegar
  • 1/4 c. Prepared Mustard
  • 1 tsp Celery Seeds

Direcciones

  1. Put the cucumbers in a bowl, add in the salt and water, and let stand for 5 hrs. Drain and rinse the cucumbers well. Combine the remaining ingredients and bring to a boil. Add in the cucumbers and heat just to the boiling point. Pack into warm jars and seal.
  2. Makes 3 pints.
