Ingredientes

  • 2 tsp Coriander seeds
  • 1 tsp Cumin seeds
  • 1/2 tsp Mustard seeds
  • 1 tsp Fenugreek seeds
  • 4 sm Dry red chiles
  • 1 tsp Peppercorns
  • 10 x Fresh or possibly dry curry leaves, (opt.)
  • 1/2 tsp Grnd ginger
  • 1 tsp Grnd turmeric

Direcciones

  1. Place all the seeds together in a saute/fry pan over medium heat and dry-roast, shaking pan often, till they give off an aroma, about 5 min. 2. Combine all ingredients in a mortar or possibly a clean coffee grinder and grind to a pwdr. Store in an airtight container. Martha Stewart
