Ingredientes
- 2 tsp Coriander seeds
- 1 tsp Cumin seeds
- 1/2 tsp Mustard seeds
- 1 tsp Fenugreek seeds
- 4 sm Dry red chiles
- 1 tsp Peppercorns
- 10 x Fresh or possibly dry curry leaves, (opt.)
- 1/2 tsp Grnd ginger
- 1 tsp Grnd turmeric
Direcciones
- 1. Place all the seeds together in a saute/fry pan over medium heat and dry-roast, shaking pan often, till they give off an aroma, about 5 min. 2. Combine all ingredients in a mortar or possibly a clean coffee grinder and grind to a pwdr. Store in an airtight container. Martha Stewart
