Ingredientes

  • 1/2 c. Sugar
  • 2 c. Lowfat milk
  • 2 tsp Flour
  • 6 x Egg yolks, beaten
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Vanilla extract

Direcciones

  1. Blend sugar, flour, and salt in a heavy saucepan. Stir in the lowfat milk. Bring to boiling; stir and cook 1 to 2 min. Add in a small amount of the warm mix to egg yolks, stirring constantly. Blend into mix in saucepan.
  2. Cook 1 minute. Remove from heat and cold immediately by pouring custard into a chilled bowl and setting it in refrigerator or possibly pan of cool water.
  3. Blend extract into cooled custard. Refrigeratetill serving time.
