Receta Custard Filling For Cream Puffs
Ingredientes
- 1 1/2 c. lowfat milk
- 1 1/2 T cornstarch
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 5 T sugar
- 2 egg yolks
- Vanilla
Direcciones
- Heat lowfat milk and add in cornstarch, salt and sugar. Mix. Beat egg yolks and add in to mix. Cook over low heat till thick, stirring constantly. Cool and add in vanilla to taste. Add in to cooled puffs. The filling MUST be kept refrigerated after filling puffs.
